Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, bloom gelatin by sprinkling it over ½ cup cold water. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Transfer to a small saucepan. Add sugar and Kool Aid powder.

  3. Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly, until fully dissolved (do not boil).
