  • 6 cups Rice Chex cereal

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • ½ cup strawberry cake mix (boxed, dry)

  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

  • 1 tbsp marshmallow fluff or dry whipped topping mix (optional, for fluffiness)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, to smooth melted chocolate)

Instructions

  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals. Add coconut oil for smoother texture if needed.

  • Stir in marshmallow fluff or topping mix for extra fluffiness (optional).

  • Pour over Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to coat evenly.

  • In a gallon-sized ziplock bag, mix powdered sugar, cake mix, and crushed strawberries.

  • Add coated cereal to the bag. Shake well until all pieces are fully covered.

 

  • Spread on parchment paper to dry. Store in an airtight container once cool.
