6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup white chocolate chips or vanilla candy melts
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup strawberry cake mix (boxed, dry)
½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1 tbsp marshmallow fluff or dry whipped topping mix (optional, for fluffiness)
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, to smooth melted chocolate)
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals. Add coconut oil for smoother texture if needed.
Stir in marshmallow fluff or topping mix for extra fluffiness (optional).
Pour over Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Stir gently to coat evenly.
In a gallon-sized ziplock bag, mix powdered sugar, cake mix, and crushed strawberries.
Add coated cereal to the bag. Shake well until all pieces are fully covered.
