6 cups Chex cereal (corn or rice)
1½ cups white chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp cream cheese powder (or cheesecake extract)
1 packet cherry gelatin powder
1½ cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: dried cherries, almond extract, sprinkles for garnish
Prepare the Cereal
Add 6 cups of Chex cereal to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Melt the Coating
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth.
